PIN protected encrypted flash drive

I'd like to allow only encrypted flash drives using our UTM's device control feature.  However, I don't want to install software on everyone's computers, so I thought using flash drives with a physical pin pad would be easier.  Does anyone know if the UTM will recognize these types of flash drives as secure/encrypted and therefore allow them?  I'm referring to something like this.
