I think it's better to open a new thread for this issue, although there is a similar thread for the preview version of Windows 10: https://www.astaro.org/gateway-products/endpoint-protection-antivirus-device-control/56726-windows-10-preview-endpoint-protection.html

With an upgrade of Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit to Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit (official release) a only had to uninstall and reinstall Sophos Endpoint Security and Control because the SAV tray icon was away. The reinstallation with the slim package worked.
Now I upgraded a Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit to Windows 10 Home 32 Bit (official release) and again I had to reinstall Endpoint Security but I'm not able to install the AV component even when using the full package. I get the message of a failed internet connection. But after the update procedure is starting.
When I was installing the full package I first had the AV component installed. The SAVService process worked when looking at the task manager. But a bit later the AV component is not installed any more. It Looks like the update of the AV component isn't working.
I have two more systems to upgrade but I will wait until it's clear how to workaround this issue. The official article of Sophos do not describe this issue: https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/122507.aspx (and linked articles).
A manual installation of the AV component from
C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Cache\decoded\savxpstops at "Erforderliche Daten werden ermittelt" or "Gathering Data". Where can I find a setup log file to see why the installation is not going on?
Thank you
