I tried that but I'm not able to delete my partner license, so i have to wait a long time ...

Just checked, and you are right...."Delete License" link is not available for Partner License anymore, only download option.

Hello Roger,

do not wait for anything and ASAP ask your Sophos distributor for a new NFR license with Sandstorm of course. It is a new Sophos internal process that unfortunately still has not been published. I got a note about it last night accidentally when I dealt with Sophos representative of another problem.

Which is recently quite typical ...
