Hey there,
we switched to O365 and our mac users are not able to use the Lync Service.
The Windows users in the opposite are able to.
I've looked into all the log files (i.e. firewall, webfilter, IPS, Application control aso.) but nothing blocked found.
The thing is, if i put one of those Mac Systems to the exception List, this single Mac is able to connect with Lync Service. But I cannot find anything blocked in the log files.
All the needed domains and IP addresses are already set to the exception list for HTTPS control and so on.
What else can I do?
For sure, I don't want them to walk free through the internet by bypassing the webfilter. but they have to be able to use the Lync Service.
