Combinig Multiple DSL Lines????

Hello,

I have two seperate DSL lines (3mb down/786kb up  each) from SBC Yahoo DSL which came with two 2Wire DSL Modem/Router. Both lines have their own External IP. Currently its hooked up to 2 Cisco 2940 switches with 40 machines (Internal network - Configured with private Static IPs 192.168.xxx.xxx) and the download/upload speed  is terrible. However, soon I reboot the DSL modems, the speed is back to normal for about an hour than it drastically slows down again. So, I was wondering if there is any way I can combine the two lines using ASL as my router/firewall. I would like to get this accomplished without using the DSL modems if possible. If not ASL, is there any other solutions to this? Maybe a Multiplexer? Also, even though its two seperate lines, is there any way I can make it act as one? 

I would really appreciate it if someone can shed some light on this.

    That sounds like there is something up with the DSL lines themselves if you are having to reboot the DSL routers that often (my Cisco 678 on a Qwest line stays up for months on end). I'd talk to SBC about the problem since that doesn't sound right. 

    You might also want to check out http://www.broadbandreports.com/ to see if anyone there has a similar issue.
