Empty Hardware Report & Usage reports

Hello,

After cleaning the logs using ssh, hardware reports and usage related all reports stop working, is there any service need to be restart or my UTM crashed, i have attached one screenshot for the error details.

Sorry, but what is cleaning the logs via ssh? Modifications via ssh are often violating your entitlement of support.
As worst case I would recommend reimage the device and restore latest backup.

Thanks for your reply, i used this cmd rm -rf /var/log/smtp/* rm -rf /var/log/kernal/* to clear the logs because it took 100% disk space and am unable to login web gui mode.

So the log cleanup didn't work? That should not happend. I can't find these path in https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/126825 . So sorry I don't know enough to help you further. Maybe someone else will.

The log disk is cleared but now no logs report generate or shows.i think the log related storage file may deleted or unable to create, but the firewall is working fine. problem only in logs.
