Anti-Spyware is inactive

Here is a silly newbie question...

On my dashboard I show Anti-Spyware is inactive. But Ill be damned if I can find any options in Astaro 7.101 to turn on Anti-Spyware. One would think there would be something either under the proxy or network settings but I'm not seeing it under any of those.

10 user home lic.

    The anti-spyware "light" goes green when one Checks the "Block Spyware Infection and Communication" check box under the Web Security / HTTP / Content Filter tab.
