Hi,
We currently have an issue where e-mails from trusted sources. The issue is a changing domain name and mailbox name for example mailbox@em2058.uk.selfemployed.intuit.com where the number after em changes. We are able to add a wildcard exception in such as *@em2058.uk.selfemployed.intuit.com, however are unable to add an exception such as *@*.uk.selfemployed.intuit.com. Is there a way to create an exception that would allow these e-mails through the firewall without having to get staff members to submit support requests and having to manually release them each time?
Regards
