Downloaded mails in mail manager - wrong display of umlauts and special characters, attachements get damaged

Hi,

we are using UTM 9 - 9.718-5 with the mail proxy function. While downloading mails from the mail manager I noticed that the umlauts and special and random characters are not correctly displayed (german emails).

Also randomly attachements of the emails are damaged and need to be repaired by excel / word.

What could be the reason for this?
