I have the UTM handling multiple e-mail domains in the SMTP routing config.
My end users are using the UTM User Portal to inspect and maybe release quarantine mails. However, they don't see all domains - only mails arriving on the primary/first domain are listed.
From an admin perspective, I see them all in the Mail Manager.
Example:
- UTM will receive and route e-mails to domain 1-domain.dk, 2-domain.dk, and 3-domain.dk to internal mailserver
- The admin Mail Manager will display all including rejected, quarantined, and ok
- Howver, User Portal will only display mail on 1-domain.dk - including rejected, quarantined, and ok
What could be missing in my config?
