Sophos iView notification system

Hi there,

 

We had iView setup by our previous admin and it sending its notification system email to his email. Is there a way to change this or is it tied to the email who set it up ?

  • Fixed it with shell access.

     

    By default you have "loginuser" as the username then whatever password you set up

    then access root with "su"

    then type "cc"

    then type "notifications"

    then type "recipients@"

    it will show you what email address is being used for recipient.

    then type =['emali@test.com'] 

    tried and tested working on iview version1 maybe on other versions too.
