[7.500][BUG][CONFIRMED] Webadmin Login fails

Hi all,
I just upgraded to V7.5 GA but I found an error/bug. I did the following:
- Imported the ESX V7.400 VM in vSphere
- Upgraded the from up2dates 7.401, 7.402, 7.403, 7.404, 7.405 and as last to 7.500
- When I log in WebAdmin, I get the following error:
"Can't use an undefined value as a symbol reference at /PerlApp/core/modules/core_feed.pm line 45."
- I don't have a "display"
- Now I restore the config-file from V7.490, waited a few minutes and the error is now gone...

So eventually it works fine...

hello? anybody home?

I'm still very nervous about this. I haven't rebooted since I got it to run after 3 reboots. I'm afraid this will happen again.
Anything new on this problem?

Add another to the list. Our internet was down this morning for about an hour. During that time I couldn't access the dashboard due to the RSS feed Perl error.

Maybe a little bit of logic should be added that if the feeds script cannot contact Astaro that it should disable itself as opposed to the entire dashboard not being available. [:)]

Hi folks,

with version 7.5, we introduced an RSS feed to the Dashboard. The webadmin login to ASGs, which are not connected to the Internet may fail or stuck in some cases. If you experience this issue on your ASG installations, either connect the ASG to the Internet or, if this is not possible, please contact our support team who can offer you a workaround.

The problem will be fixed with version 7.501.

Hi,

we have the same problem on an HA-cluster after upgrading to 7.5.
There is no Webadmin-Login possible :-(.

I think all works fine but I can't check anyone. [:S]
