Content Blocked Pages not displaying correctly or at all

Hi, 
 
 I am running UTM 9.411-3 Home edition. 
 When going to a blocked site, it is the luck of the draw if the block page will either show correctly or at al. 
 I have imported the CA 
 Here are the 3 usual pages that I will see. 
 This happens across all browsers.

I know the first and the third picture. The first picture shows the normal case. The third picture shows that something seems to be blocked. In my case the cause for this issue were AddOns like "NoScript" or "uBlock". Could this be the reason for your issue, too?
