i saw a thread thats 8 years old, so someone did it, but i guess

till now, thats kinda outdated.

anyone here who installed it in that "last year" ?

Yes, i can't compile fail2ban on sophos, due to phyton issues

fail2ban needs phyton 3.5, utm only got 2.7.

if u have a small how to how u did it, that would be very nice.
