[WARN-603] Let's Encrypt certificate renewal failed accessing Let's Encrypt service

I am getting this after doing some updates.  It seems to be timing out.  It is on Sophos UTM 9.720-5.  It is a SG210.

Any help or suggestions would be great or if you need some addition info let me know.

  • Thank you for the reply Vivek but I tried those options and it didn't seem to fix it.  I deleted the info out of the CA auth section and re-input it from the links in the article.  Rebooted.  Unchecked the Let's Encrypt applied and then re-checked it.  Deleted the cert and redid it.  But still getting a communication error with Let's Encrypt.
