Remote access : IPsec issues

After setting up IPSEC, Windows used Sophos Connect to connect to IPSEC and checked the routing table on the Windows host. It was found that all traffic to the firewall needs to pass through IP 169 254.128.128, this IP makes me very confused. I cannot communicate with this IP because the traffic cannot successfully access the resources behind the firewall through this IP

    Hi,
    it didn't work? No traffic through Tunnel?
    We use SSL-RAS-VPN all the time, so i can't compare the routing tables.
    But it is possible, the APIPA-IP 196.254.128.128 is used internally by the IPSec-Connection.
