Hi Guys,
we are a german company and we currently have a problem on one of our new branchoffices in canada.
They received from us a Sophos SG135. They connect to us by an ipsec tunnel.
Currently we got the Problem that the Sophos is not able to join the domain it always gives us the error "Joining the domain failed."
What we already did:
System DNS Hostname -> is set to the right fqdn with the .domain
Time and Date -> is also setup correctly, timezone is set to canada and canadian ntp servers are configured.
The Active Directory Servers are also working fine. I can log in on the firewall with my domain administrator.
I also checked the time offset:
I also tried WORKGROUP as Domain and let it time out. But nothing changed. I also rebooted the firewall.
Do you have any suggestions?
Where can I find the log that shows me the error "not joined to any domain"?
