Weird WiFi problems

Hi all,

I have 9 APs distributed over 3 floors in a house.
In the middle floor, the clients can connect to the WIFI, but do not get an IP. "separate zone" is used for the SSID. Within UTM-GUI i see the clients as connected (for a short time) and an IP near the device.
If a middle floor problem AP comes to another floor, it works fine.
The building is elongated, there is hardly any wifi overlapping on the floor and the wifi from the other floors is very weak

Ideas?
