SOPHOS ap 55c registration problem in cloud console

We are perches 50 SOPHOS AP 55c and we want to manage those APs from cloud console.So we create a account in cloud and register 4 to 5 AP successfully buy after that when we tray to register new box the registration field. The Error is The ACCESS POINT could not connect to the cloud server. Please help us.....
