I have a new laptop DELL XPS 15 with Killer WIFI 6 AX1650s. Windows 10 and all updates are installed.
Also the latest updates from Dell.
The Sophos client establishes a connection to the Sophos Firewall.
A few seconds later the connection is lost. I have no problems with a WiFi USB stick on the laptop and the connection is stable.
We have about 20 laptops with Sophos connect and no connection issues.
These laptops have different wireless cards.
I've been in contact with Dell Support, but support hasn't been able to help me so far.
Hate to ask but have you checked the Sophos Connect or firewall logs and see what it reports?
