AP55C randomly dropping connectioons and connection not switching from one to another AP

Hi Team, 

we are using sophos AP55C, We have 3AP but suddenly AP drops connections, and sometime its not switching connections from one AP to another.

please help me out.

    Hey, Can you confirm what configurations have you done? Are these APs connecting to Sophos Central or Sophos XG or UTM?

    Is this disconnection occurring when the user goes from the range of one AP to the range of other AP while being on the same access ID?
