Captive Portal hotspot password not sent when some APs are offline

we noticed the following issue:

we have a location with a bunch of APX320, APX530 and APX320X. Managed in Central.

There is one SSID with Captive Portal and Password of the Day. 2 other SSIDs are also configured in Sophos Central but without Captive Portal.

Some of the APX320 were offline due to DHCP issues. As long as they were offline, Sophos Central did not send the new Password of the Day codes.

Today we fixed the DHCP issue and the APs came back online. As soon as the last AP was online again, we received a new Password of the Day via EMail from Sophos Central.

This looks much like a bug. Can Sophos please confirm this behaviour and if there is a solution?
