APX120 install failure

Greetings,

I'm running an SG135 using 9.702-1 firmware. I've just added two APX120 devices and I'm having problems. Both of these new devices initially showed up as "Pending Access Points". I clicked the button to authorize one of these devices and the end result is that it's now listed as an "Inactive Access Point". 

I did the same thing with the second access point, with the same results. I 'deleted' the second access point and it has disappeared, without showing back up as a pending unit. Both units show a solid RED LED on the top of the units, and are in a reboot cycle that I can see on the switch lights as the unit comes and goes. I tried pressing the reset button, but this gives no results. I've tried a number of different options of the wireless networks, with no changes. I've rebooted many times.

 

The appropriate log entry from the first and second APX120 install is shown here, there may be references to another AP30 device that is operating properly.
