Cyberoam To SOPHOS failed to boot

I have Cyberoam CR50iNG - 10.6.5 and I downloaded HW-SFOS_16.05.6_MR-6.SFW-266.gpg and uploaded the firmware and boot. But unfortunately Cyberoam CR50iNG gets corrupted during the boot process and can't load the SOPHOS OS. The only option I can do is to revert back and load the old Cyberoam firmware.

YOU JUST NEED TO BOOT INTO CYBEROAM FIRMWARE AND IN THE PASSWORD SECTION JUST TYPE RESET IN ALL CAPS LOCK FORM AND THAT'S IT...

IF THIS WONT WORK THEN YOU CAN DOWNLOAD CYBEROAM FIRMWARE FROM THE INTERNET AND DURING BOOTING, BOOT INTO CYBEROAM LOADER AND UPLOAD THE DOWNLOADED FIRMWARE AND YOU AGAIN WILL HAVE A FACTORY DEFAULT CYBEROAM DEVICE. THANK YOU

Thanks For your Replay , Actually i need to know why we face this problem? such your case with Sophos OS , as i need to keep Sophos not go back to Cybroam again

Did you have any idea how we can boot form Sophos OS without above problem ?

I am on the same boat - anyone have a solution to this?

It boots fine on Cyberoam firmware but won't boot on Sophos OS just displays garbled text

booting to Cyberoam OS is not the problem it's the boot up to SOPHOS OS

Problem solved: setting the com port to 38400 allowed me to read what is happening.

I was able to migrate the backup CR50ing to Sophos XG.
