Invalid Traffic logs for Http / Https traffic being denied when firewall rule is set to allow

Hello,

I'm currently running SFOS 16.05.3 MR-3 and have some issues with the Firewall Logs showing 'Invalid Traffic' events for normal http and https traffic.

They are all denied and have 'Firewall Rule 0' and 'Message ID 01001' (screenshot below)

Now, I have a firewall rule (at the top) that allows outbound http and https traffic (Example below). The source IP is apart of the LAN zone, so it should not have anything blocked. In fact, I can surf the web fine from it (as far as I can tell)

I have already tried disabling the IPS and Web Filtering and Malware Scanning to no avail.

How do I prevent the Firewall from denying this activity since the firewall rule appears to be a superseded ID of 0?
