How can I block Facebook Messenger?

I tried blocking it by application filter and then enabled Scan HTTPS, but still it cannot be blocked.

Note: Messenger can be blocked and also "unable to connect to chat" but I'm still able to chat by opening the inbox.

Am I missing something?

Lim,

use the application filter log and check what is not blocked on facebook and apply the proper filter.

I've done them sir, but no avail

Thank you for suggesting me to upgrade v16. I think this would solve a lot of my current problems.

When I enabled Decrypt & Scan HTTPS, FB will get blocked completely.

Im trying to block messenger.com too, it doesnt work only with the options for facebook, and it looks like there is no option to block an https site, or at least i didnt find it yet, thanks for all the help.
