UTQ or User Threat Quozient is a number that from reports extracts all the activites for each user and trace a trend (UTQ). This is a new feature of XG. You cannot reset UTQ. You have to reset Reports. If you click on the large ballon, you can see which URL the user has visited.

I was able to only purge the UTQ report.  that cleared it out

you are right. Sorry! Manual Purge is available. Reports should never been purged anyway for security reason.
