Wayback machine is blocked and I can't figure out why

HI all, bit of a n00b question... I have just been notified by one of the devs on our network that they are receiving a block message when going to the wayback machine. I believe it is also happening when using http://builtwith.com/ although I have not been able to reproduce it.

Is this something that is default with the XG as I have not set up this rule? I have, as a test, changed the block message within the Categories/Reference to see if this is the issue, however this update is not reflected, so I'm not sure what the issue is here.

Any ideas?

Hi there, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Manic week this week.

Find attached the screenshot. Interestingly, I can now use the wayback machine. However I just received the same block when attempting to unsubscribe to a non spam email.
