Data counting is not working on XG450

Hi there, I have an XG 450, running bridge mode.
I set up for wireless user authenticate via captive portal. I would like to keep the session so I set inactive time 1440 minutes, and data threshold is 1 byte in Web Client setting and in the captive portal setting, I set inactive timeout unlimited. I understand this mean within 24 hour, if the data go through XG does not reach 1Byte, that session will be logout.

But after 24 hour, the session is logout although it is being used. I found the problem is in live user entries, I see the upload and download data is always 0. So I guest the XG treat them as a inactive sessions and kick them.

The strange thing is that the data of users those were authenticated via SSO is counted.

Please give me some advice. Cause now many people complain me that they have to login every day :(. Thank you so much for your kind help.
