SMTP email scan size limit 1024KB

you can adjust the Email scan settings inside Protection > Email Protection > Configuration. Have a look at the screenshot.

But, but we think the Sopohos Documentation should indicate this limitation

We are Sophos resellers, and when we asked to Sophos Support or Sophos Account Manager no one knows the answer

Yes this is a limitation with the lower end XG model (XG85 and 85w).

FYI - the same holds true for lower end Cyberoam NG devices running SF-OS (CR15iNG and 15wiNG).
