Sophos Hardware Upgrade Question.

Hey guys, I'm currently using Sophos in a VM environment and the server it lives on currently is having hardware issues that cause it to power itself off.  This of course brings my entire network down so I can't function.  I want to move the Sophos install off the VM and put it on dedicated hardware.  I'm looking for low power usage and something that won't break the bank.   It's currently on a 100mbit down 20mbit up with VPN and limited filtering (dont use the proxy).  What would you guys recommend for a replacement in a 1U chassis? I also want to some what future proof it as well since there is talks of bringing full 1Gbit up and down stream to my area.

EDIT: Sorry I had it in the wrong forum and the mod was nice enough to move it for me. :)
