BOXD510MO motherboard gets "no boot device error"

I have a BOXD510MO motherboard, which is an atom d510 with 4GB of memory.  Sophos installs but I get a "no boot device error"  anybody encounter this?

    that device will not be powerful enough to run XG fully.
    Change your bios boot device to the compatible mode.
