Port Ranges and Port Lists on the same Business Application Rule?

Is it possible to add Port Ranges and Port Lists to the same Non-HTTP Business Application Rule?

I have an internal server that has 3 specific ports and 2 different port ranges that need to be forwarded. As it is right now, I cannot figure out how to do that from 1 rule. Will I have to create 3 separate rules for this - 1 for the specific ports using a port list and 1 more each (2 more total) for the different port ranges?

Or is it possible to forward all ports but then block everything but the necessary ports/port ranges? This is what I would do with our old firewall/router: 1:1 NAT forwarding all ports, but then create a firewall rule to block everything except the needed ports.
