Internal DNS not resolving local dns names.

HI so i have upgraded my Cyberoam firewall to SOPHOS XG Firewall OS but now i have two networks setup.

Network 1

Port A-192.168.0.3

ZONE LAN.

DHCP/DNS: OFF (uses windows server for DNS and DHCP)

Network 2

Port C - 192.168.10.1

ZONE LAN; Have tried creating its own zone and ticking DNS.

DHCP- 192.168.10.65 - 192.168.10.150

DNS set to 192.168.10.1 in DHCP

But now if i try and ping a host name of a device in this network it wont resolve. i have experienced this problem for a while now but dont seem to have a answer apart from manually adding the devices host names into the DNS records.

This surely cant be the way that its supposed to work? I mean i have The HOME version installed at my house and it works like a bomb. i absolutely love it. then i get to work and it wont work on my SOPHOS/Cyberoam device.

i left this so long because i thought that there would be a fix in firmware for this but its been 2 months now and nothing :(
