Problem with Logs

Hi all,

I have a XG310 in production (...) and have some problems with a lot of things... one of this is the log viewer:

I have set all the retentions to more than 2 month (and the firewall is online from about 1 month) but in the log viewer, on web filter logs, I could not see more than 1 hour of log.

The other logs seems to have the right retention period, but web filter isn't. Is there a reasons for that?

My XG310 HDD is 90% free, so it could be not a disk space problem.

    Hi,

    Only Log viewer reports are showing from temporary database so it will be rotated. Retention Period is not used for log viewer logs. It uses for other permanent reports like Reports -> Application, Network & Threads etc...
