Unable to access Admin Console

hello.

I am running Sophos XG Firewall on VMware Workstation 12 Player for learning.
But I can not access Admin Console "https://172.16.16.16:4444" from host OS.
when access, no http response returned.

My network settings are below.

・VMware Network Adapter ip address is 172.16.16.1, netmask is 255.255.255.0.
・VMware Network Adapter setting is NAT.
・web browzer is chrome 34.0.1847.131 m
・I can ping to 172.16.16.16.
・I confirmed port 443 and 4444 are LISTENING by telnet.

How can I access Admin Console ?
