Sophos 85w unresponsive at setup. I ran the setup wizard and after gateway configuration it told me the admin portal was available at https://null:4444. I can't get an IP Address assigned to my computer by connecting to any of the ports on the back of the Sophos 85w. When I manually assign the 172.16.16.2 the admin panel is still unresponsive. I have no idea where to go for help and there is no information on how to perform a factory reset. Can anyone provide any insight or have any suggestions? I am ready to just return the unit and move on.
