Am I Stupid ? - Rules from Cyberoam Migration not appearing?

So I have loaded the latest firmware into Cyberoam CR50iNG - 10.6.3 and then Sophos SFOS 15.01.0

Rebooted into the Sophos firmware, the dashboard shows the correct number of total Policies that the Cyberoam had as Firewall Rules.

Cannot find them anywhere though - Click into the Policies Section and nothing. Use Filtering to hopefully find them... nothing

How am I ever meant to administer this thing if there are policies that are floating around in the unit that I can no longer see and presumably access??

I have also tried importing a cyberoam backup file into the XG - behaviour is the same.

Any help appreciated

    Can you mention the exact CROS version from which you upgraded to SFOS? It should be either 10.6.3 MR1/10.6.3 MR2 not 10.6.3. Config is migrated while rebooting with SFOS. Direct import of CROS back-up config in SFOS won't work. You need to boot again with right CROS ... import CROS config and then again boot with SFOS. If you still run into this issue then provide your CROS backed-up config to CR Support and let them do a lab re-create to find any migration issues.

    Not sure if you've solved this issue already, but for me it was because i was using Internet Explorer and the site needed to be added to compatibility view before it would show the policies.
