Will the XG ever filter inpage scripts (i.e. javascripts?)

Right now, I have to use AdBlock Plus to filter in-page scripts such as Javascript popups and adverts.  In the past, I also used AdMuncher but it doesn't support HTTPS.  As a previous MS Forrefront user, I am trying to find a solution that will allow me to run a proxy server AND filter scripts in-page.  Is there any such solution (even if its another product)

  • Hi,
to get the http proxy to work in XG you need to have rgistered users.
In you policy that allows traffic out and in do you have block ads enabled? It works some of the time, but is nowhere near as effective as the UTM9 version.

  • Thanks. sad to hear that the XG is not as good in blocking ads as it's older UTM v.9 is. But right now, I can't use it as I am having all sorts trouble trying to get my XG running in Single arm mode (1 NIC). My server doesn't have 2 NICS and I am using Hyper-V to run my UTM in so I have 2 Virtual nics, both tied to the LAN. If you have any ideas, please let me know. I have 2 other posts that have not helped.

    Thanks
