Bug in email usage reporting at rollover 2015 to 2016.

XG daily report has no email data for the 31st of December 2015.

The mail log shows receipted and sent mail for 2015.

The dashboard shows recieved mail for 31st of December.

The daily logs do not show email email usage for the 31st of December 2015. The daily report is generated about 1am local time.
