VPN - abgelaufenes AD-Kennwort

Servus zusammen,

ich würde gerne wissen was passiert wenn das AD-Kennwort abläuft während die User z.b. im Außland sind und sich per VPN einwählen wollen und sich der Zugang mit dem AD-Synct? 
Kommen die User dann gar nicht mehr in den VPN?
