Applikationen mit Verbindungsproblemen aber kein Firewall-Log

Hallo liebe Community,

ich möchte ein für mich sehr nerviges Thema ansprechen. Ich habe des Öfteren erlebt, dass z.B. Whatsapp Call oder Skype nicht funktionieren "nur" weil meine Firewall dazwischen ist. Dabei kann ich aber nicht genau feststellen, woran es wirklich liegt, da in den Logs nicht auffälliges zu sehen ist.

Habt ihr einen Rat für mich? Was wäre denn z.B. zu tun damit Whatsapp Call funktioniert? Daran scheitere ich momentan, auch wenn das nicht das Gesamtproblem löst.
