SMTP Proxy Rejected: Spam (confirmed)

Hallo,

wir haben das Problem, dass Mails abgelehnt werden wegen folgender Erkennung:

ctasd reports 'Confirmed' RefID:str=0001.0A0C0203.551BE9EC.0313,ss=4,sh,re=0.000,recu=0.000,reip=0.000,cl=4,cld=1,fgs=8

Wie kann ich herausfinden, warum die Mail abgelehnt wird? Die Erkennung ist false positive und ich würde die Mail gerne bekommen können.
