Kein E-Mail Eingang iPad WLAN

Hallo liebes Forum,

wir haben ein großes Problem.

Wir haben ein seperates WLAN

Client Verkehr: Getrennte Zone
WPA2 Personal.

Eine Firewall Regel:

Ausnahme: Quelle Host (IP des iPads)
Dienst: any
Ziel: any

Eine Web Ausnahmeregelung: Darf alles!

E-Mails vom iPad kann ih verschicken, nur der Emfang ist nicht möglich.

Habe es auch schon mit anderen WLAN-Netzen Intern versucht (ohne Erfolg)

IPS habe ich Zeitweise ausgeschalten (ohne Erfolg)
ATP habe ich Zeitweise ausgeschalten (ohne Erfolg)

Jetzt weiß ich nicht mehr weiter und brauche Eure Hilfe[:)]

Welche UTM Version? WAF aktiv? Welche/s Protokoll/e? Wohin (extern, intern)? Logs?

Version 9.307.6

WAF haben wir nicht im Einsatz.

Ich muss noch dazu sagen, dass es vor ca. 6 Monaten noch Problemlos funktioniert hat.

der Web Log sagt alles OK! Hast du eine Maskierungsregel für das WLAN eingerichtet? Welche Protokolle werden verwendet? Steht was im Firewall Log?

dstport="5223" ist der Apple Push Notification Service. Dieser Request wird von deiner Firewall Regel 52 geblockt.

Und von wo sollen Mails abgerufen werden. Beide Logeinträge haben nichts Mailing zu tun.

Ich habe jetzt Testweise meine web.de E-Mail Adresse verwendet und siehe da [:O] es funktioniert Problemlos. D.H es macht nur bei @icloud.com Probleme[:S] hat jemand vielleicht das geleiche Problem?
Und von wo sollen Mails abgerufen werden. Beide Logeinträge haben nichts Mailing zu tun.

Ich vermute mal das Ipad ist falsch konfiguriert. Benutzen web.de und icloud.com die gleichen Protokolle?
