Hardware Refresh Programm

Hallo,
wir haben über das Hardware Refresh Programm eine neue UTM 220 erworben und jetzt frage ich mich gerade, wie ich die in Betrieb nehme. Das Backup von der alten 220 einspielen, ist klar. Aber die Lizenz? Kann man die auch einfach auf dem neuen Gerät aktivieren? Oder muss man da noch evtl. die Seriennummer ändern?
