QoS Priorisierung von und zu einem HOST im LAN

ich möchte gerne den Traffic von und zu einem Host in meinem LAN (vom Internet aus) priorisieren

der Traffic läuft über einen bestimmten Port

habe aber leider noch net so viel erfahrung mit QoS 

bitte um hilfe
