Migrate License Cyberoam to Sophos

Hi everyone!:

The first, excuse me english, i'm spanish user.

I'm a user of Cyberoam (CR100iNG) and I upgrade the firmware 10.6.3 MR-1 to SFOS 15.01.0. I read the Guide of Migration and in the step of System -> Administration -> Licensing, mark "Migrate License" and click on Upgrade, accept the message and accept to continue and response the next message: "License Migration is not available as of now. Please continue using the evaluation license. You may try after a few days."

When be able?

  • Hi Sergio,

For the time being please use the '30-day Full Guard Trial' option. That will allow you to use all XG Firewall features for 30-days and you will be able to select the 'Migrate License' option by the end of that period. We expect to have the 'Migrate License' option available from mid-December.
