XG 115 NEW no internet Access

New XG 115 installed, but no internet connection /access from client.


I can ping host names from the UTM.

Clients receive  172.16.16.x/24 ip with DNS/GateWay: 172.16.16.16/24

  • Login to the SSH of the XG option 4 try to ping out 8.8.8.8 and then google.com make sure you are able to get a response for both of them.

    If the work station can ping the 172.16.16.16 and nothing beyond that there is a firewall rule missing if you did not run the Wizard.

    You need a Security policy from LAN to WAN once you create that you should be able to get out of the internet
