Sophos XG Home - CPU no turbo boost when under load

I noticed that my CPU does not boost when under load. Does SophosXG not support Intel Turbo Boost?

My hardware is Dell R210 II with E3-1230 (HT off). Running 21.0.0 GA-Build169

I test with a large file transfer and monitor CPU usage using top -1. I can see that 1 core is being used 100% by that traffic. Then run ```dmidecode -t processor | grep Speed``` to see the current speed. It has a current speed of 3200MHz. The CPU should be able to boost to 4000Mhz under a single thread load.

    The boost does take sometime to ramp from past experience. I normally leave it disabled and have the CPU run at maximum performance.

    One thing you have not mentioned is your link speed or are you testing between LAN on the XG?
