How to Disable or Turn Off the LCD Screen on Sophos XGS 2100 Firewall

I've seen no option for this so far. Can you explain why you need this?

For security reasons, given I am able to see all the IPs on the network menu through the screen.

But that requires physical access - having access also exposes all cables and console access.
I'd suggest placing the firewall within a locked server-room oder cabinet to prevent any kind of physical access. If that's not the case you've probably more important things to worry about...

I understand that but it should be a feature available for the customer to choose if they would like to display that content. Not to mention I am able to reboot/reset the entire firewall through the screen monitor. In our case, the customer doesnt want the system admin to accidentally reset or do anything to the firewall. 

I guess you will find no vendor offering that.
Having physical access you could just pull power-cable to reboot - no need to use display...
Customer should trust his own system admin somehow.

The recommendation is to put devices like servers and firewalls inside a cabinet, that you can lock up safely. Or in a "serverroom", that you can keep locked.

If you have physical access to an "active" device, you will always be able to gain complete control over it.

Takes about 30 seconds with a Windows server, for example.
